Can you source from other suppliers other than JB's?
Yes, we can source garments from other leading apparel suppliers such as Auspirit, Bocini, Biz Collection and more. If you know the product code your interested in, please contact us for a quote.

I already have my own garment, can this be embroidered? If so at what charge?
Yes, we can embroider logos onto clothing that you supplier. To view our embroidery costs click here.
Note: Before we can accept the job we need to see the garment to make sure the fabric is suitable for our machines.

Can we see samples of your clothing?
Yes, we can arrange a sales rep to meet with you to show you some samples and to discuss your logo requirements, Phone (03) 9703 0641 to make an appointment. (Vic customers only).

Do you have a showroom / shop?
Unfortunately we do not operate a showroom / shop to keep overhead costs down, in turn providing
low prices to our customers. All of our products are displayed on this website and orders can be placed via email or phone.

How long do orders usually take?
Most orders are completed within 3-5 working days. For larger orders (50+ units) allow 7-9 days.

Do you have a delivery charge?
All of our orders are delivered via express post. Standard charge is $10.50, however this may vary depending on package size and your location.
